Due to forest fire alert the range is closed till further notice. This evening there was a forest fire west of the range property. There was a woods fire east of the range property several days ago. I spoke to the NJ Forest Fire section chief at the fire tonight and he requested that the range be closed until the extreme conditions in the area are resolved.
DO NOT ENTER THE RANGE.
The range steward-range officer will be patroling the range while the range is closed.
